He lists these values as: &ldquo;connections, experiences, purpose, encouragement, and innovation.&rdquo; Zak also indicates that this generation likes being part of a community&mdash;a place where something special happens. The Apostle Paul\u2019s model of achieving this task with Timothy is examined. With the lens of contemporary culture as cited in the analysis of millennial and Z generations, it becomes evident that Paul, by functioning in accordance with his multiple principles of one anothering articulated in his various epistles, bridges the generational gap.
