It was good, then, to read Andy Naselli&#8217;s article on that very thing.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/ftc.co\/resource-library\/blog-entries\/the-weakness-of-prayer-makes-strong-christians\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">The Weakness of Prayer Makes Strong Christians<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Jared Wilson offers some good insights on prayer, including this: &#8220;In prayer, you are not in the place of control but in the place of\u00a0<em>submission<\/em>. Through prayer we bare our hearts, minds, and souls to the God who wants to be our friend and deliverer. And the more we do this baring, the more we will experience of his power, even in our lowest and weakest of moments.
