Thank you for your prayers, care, and many letters, calls, visits, emails, and texts expressing your concern and love. If you want to see updates, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/rpmministries.org\/2021\/06\/please-pray-for-shirley\/\">visit here: Please Pray for Shirley<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>We\u2019ve Both Chosen to See Biblical Counselors<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>As many of you know, just weeks before Shirley\u2019s stroke, we had celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. God has given us a great love for one another. That foundation has only strengthened as we\u2019ve walked through Shirley\u2019s stroke, her recovery process, and her ongoing rehab. We talk and share about everything.<\/p>\n<p>Yet\u2026we still each decided to begin meeting with a biblical counselor. Shirley meets with a female biblical counselor. I connect with a male biblical counselor. For each of us, these times of receiving loving biblical counseling have been wonderfully helpful. I share this as background for today\u2019s post: <em>The Counselor Sees a Counselor<\/em>. Here are some thoughts and reflections that I pray are helpful for <em>you<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>1.
