Grace and peace to you.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.christianitytoday.com\/ct\/2022\/december-web-only\/christmas-holiday-grief-loss-happy-day-broken-hearts.html\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Christmas Is a Happy Day for Broken Hearts<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>I was asked to write an article for <em>Christianity Today<\/em> that would speak to those who are grieving at Christmas. &#8220;What we wouldn\u2019t give to worship together as a whole family, intact and reunited. What we wouldn\u2019t give to spend this Christmas as we\u2019ve spent so many others, with all of us sitting, singing, and marveling together at the wonder of the day and all it represents.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/justinhuffman.org\/2022\/12\/21\/why-such-a-lowly-birth\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Why Such a Lowly Birth?<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Jesus could have been born in a very different time or context or set of circumstances. Why did God choose such a lowly birth?<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/asmallwork.wordpress.com\/2022\/12\/22\/a-front-row-view-of-the-incarnation\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">A Front-Row View of the Incarnation<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Who had the best view of the Incarnation? Mary, the mother of Jesus, is certainly a good nomination. So is Joseph, Jesus\u2019s father.\u00a0It might seem odd to suggest one of Jesus\u2019s disciples in place of his parents.
