So, in past years, I\u2019ve posted a several-part blog series entitled\u00a0<em>Healing for the Holidays<\/em>. What if death, divorce,\u00a0distance, or family discord\u00a0causes us to associate the holidays with words and feelings like depression, anxiety, and stress?<\/p>\n<p>Holidays can create fresh memories of our loss and a fresh experience<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Loss is always hard, and at the holidays it can seem crushing.
