What lessons should those in church leadership have learned about the way we “do church” over this past year? As the director of a counseling center in Chicago, I talk with many pastors from many different denominations and various sized churches. Many of those pastors are tired and worn out. One of the most frequent questions I ask them is how much ministry they give away: Are they doing all the ministry themselves? Are they focused on doing more and more by themselves?
