Recovery Routines for Counselors

Being a sports fan, I’m fascinated with how athletes recover from the rigors of competition in order to get ready for the next event. Such efforts are necessary because athletes tax their joints and muscles beyond what a typical body can be expected to bear.

What does this have to do with counseling?
