Email me and help me with the page number. Jay's position has always been that all ordained ministers should be counselors and that ordination makes his counseling an official function of the church. It does not follow from that, however, that anyone who counsels must be ordained. All counseling, done by anyone, must be done under the authority of the ordained leaders of the church.
