Another Transition: A Step Toward Indigenous Leadership

We’re missionaries; we train biblical counseling trainers around the world. The first of those things gives direction to the second. But neither of them, by themselves, describes one of the long-understood perspectives of the missionary task, to make disciples who make disciples—to make indigenous the work being done. The publication date of this article coincides almost exactly with the 15th anniversary of the beginning of this international counseling training-focused ministry on June 10, 2006.
