Today’s Kindle deals include some especially interesting books, like D.A. Carson’s must-read account of his father’s life and Lucy Austen’s telling of Elisabeth Elliot’s. I’m also reasonably certain I haven’t seen Reeves’ Theologians You Should Know on sale before.

Whatever Happened to Postmillennialism?

That’s a good question. When postmillennialism was once so popular, especially in the United States, why is it so rare now?
