Overcoming Fear of Flying

The fear of flying, also called aerophobia, is common, second only to the fear of public speaking. Between 33 percent and 40 percent of all people experience some anxiety related to flying, and 2.5 percent to 5 percent have a crippling fear of flying (or phobia).
