There are different goals a counselor should have in mind while counseling. Fighting the Downward Descent of Discouragement

This strange and difficult season of COVID has revealed so much in people’s lives and hearts. In fifteen years of pastoral and counseling ministry, I have never seen as much anxiety, fear, and discouragement all at one point.
