The Puritan pastor J. C. Ryle described friendship as “the relationship that halves our sorrows and doubles our joys.” I had never heard that before! But thanks to Drew Hunter and his new book, Made for Friendship, I’m challenged again to think more deeply about true, biblical friendship.
