The Logos deals continue through their 12 Days of Logos. Recently they’ve added my top recommendations for OT commentaries, a number of complete commentary sets (NICOT, Welwyn, etc), and the complete NSBT set. You can’t go wrong with any of those!
There aren’t a lot of Kindle deals today. However, you will find Tim Keller’s book on Christmas there, along with his daily devotional on the psalms—perhaps an option for the new year.

Beware Those Hasty & Severe in Judgment
I have noticed this pattern so often. “An interesting pattern continues to emerge in ministry. Professing Christians who seem strangely quick and severe in pronouncing judgment on others are often themselves living in hidden sin. It has happened enough now for it to function as a kind of warning sign for me – or at least a reason to lean in and seek to understand what might be going on beneath the surface.”
