Garrett Higbee is the pastor of biblical soul care at Harvest Church North Indianapolis, director of pastoral care for the Great Commission Collective, and founder of Soul Care Consulting. He is also the president and co-founder of Twelve Stones Ministries in Brown County, Indiana. Dr. Higbee was a founding member of the BCC Council and served as the second executive director of the ministry.
