Have you ever gone to bed dreading the thought of all you had to face the next day? Sometimes life can be so overwhelming it physically hurts. There are too few hours in the day and too many responsibilities competing for our attention. Even when things are going well, life can still be extremely stressful on a day to day basis. So, what do we do? We cope. We have to, because life doesn’t stop to give us a break. We find little pockets of comfort through out the day to ease the pain. It might come in the form of zoning out on social media, a piece of chocolate cake from the break room at work, or escaping for a few hours with a good book or movie. Guess what? Those things work too! They makes us feel better, but only temporarily and often at the expense of honoring God. What if there was a deeper level of lasting healing from the pain and stress of life, a different way to approach comfort? Who wouldn’t be interested in this? Honestly, it’s something we could all use.

Because of Jesus coming to this earth, we have a God who can
