Ten Reasons to Attend the 2023 ABC National Conference
Attendees will experience an uplifting time of encouragement as they engage in corporate worship to glorify God. Counselees will glean from a powerful Gospel-saturated approach to biblical care. This year’s conference features over 30 scholars and practitioners in biblical counseling eager to help equip attendees in their ongoing development as biblical counselors. Attendees will receive concentrated, in-depth training (8 hours total) on issues such as Conflict Resolution, Holistic Soul Care, Addictions, and Marriage. Plenary sessions will offer insightful wisdom for counselors seeking encouragement in their ministry. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from and meet Dr. John Henderson, author of ABC’s certification curriculum, Equipped to Counsel. Attendees will have the option to attend our Pre-Conference: Counseling Through Proverbs. Attendees interested in developing a biblical counseling ministry in their respective churches will hear from seasoned experts on how to launch such a ministry within their local congregations. Attendees are given the opportunity to network with other like-minded biblical counselors.
