Dr. Joe Miller is a BCC Council Member and serves as Counseling Pastor at Canyon Hills Community Church in Bothell, Washington. He is a certified member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. Joe received a BS from the University of California Los Angeles, an MDiv from The Master’s Seminary, and a DMin in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
