Here’s an ultimate issue we can think about together: the varied shades of personality, upbringing, experiences, values, worldviews, communication skills, and goals—which make people unique, interesting, and beautiful in their own right—highlight the art of personal ministry which is required to counsel the Word. How can people be so similar to me and yet so different?!
